Differing Address
Every order is packaged and shipped to the “ship to” address on the invoice. If you would like to ship a package to an address different than your billing address, you will need to add this as an entry in your address book. If you have made an order and realized that you do not want the package to be shipped to this address, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can change the information for you.

Insurance & Tracking
Please remember that shipping insurance & tracking is automatically added into orders that ship with any UPS service. Insurance & tracking is also added into packages shipped with USPS except USPS Parcel Post. If you opt to ship your package with Parcel Post, your package will not be insured or tracked.

International Shipments
We gladly ship to customers overseas, but please be advised that the shipping charge for this service will be considerably higher than domestic rates, as a result of the added fees and regulations imposed by international shipping procedures. This is automatically compensated for in the shipping calculations for all shipping methods.

Military Addresses
We ship to all APO and military addresses. USPS Priority mail is the preferred service for APO addresses.

Returns
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the hobby and the manner in which these parts are designed for abuse, all sales are final. Aside from warranty claims, we cannot accept returned merchandise as we do not sell used products.
