Limited Lifetime Warranty (applies to all kits)

The purpose of our products is to deliver superior performance, and we want our customers to be confident in the strength and high performance of the parts they purchase. As such, we back our products with our Limited Lifetime Warranty. If you purchase one of our products, it breaks, and we determine that the part was not broken intentionally or by misuse, we'll ship you a replacement part, absolutely free.

Factory Warranty (applies to all kits)

Our stand at RCM RC Products, LLC is to provide hobby products that not only perform exceptionally well, but are also of the absolute highest quality. In light of this, we have introduced our Factory Warranty. With this warranty, you need not worry about having a part arrive broken in the box. If you receive any part from us that is broken or of poor quality, we will replace it at no cost to you.

If a product has been damaged by the delivery courier, just mail us the damaged product(s). Once the status of mail courier damage has been verified, we will ship you a new product and redeem shipping insurance ourselves (if it was purchased) so that you don't have to wait for the long insurance redemption process to complete before getting your parts.

We stand behind our products so that you can race them hard with no worries about them failing in the heat of a race when it matter most, or having to pay hidden replacement fees on two cent parts made not to last. We support our products 100%. Remember, we value your confidence in us.
